How to respond to a work order
To respond to a work order assigned to you go to:

Team inbox
Double-click work order to open.
Status
You can change the status from the work order window using the buttons in the top bar, which is the primary way to respond and complete work orders. You have three options for responding by changing the status, you can:

Reject, close if the work order should not be carried out
- Report it as
In progress to accept and start the work order

Complete, close the work order when the job is finished
When changing the status of a work order a note window will pop up, prompting you to type in a note for the status change. It could be a note on how the task was completed or why it was rejected.
If choosing an internal note, only users with access to the instance will be able to see it. If choosing "All", suppliers will also be able to see it, and attachments can be added to it:
If time registrations are activated for this instance, you are prompted to add the time spent executing the work order when marking it as completed. Here, you can define when the work was executed and change the time account if necessary.

The More menu has a selection of actions to change and add to the work order without changing its status. From this menu, you can:
- Rename
- Add images, notes documents, and invoices
- Add a reporter (if HelpDesk is activated on this instance)
- Add a notification, which will be sent to a specific email at a given time
- Add a checklist for documenting the executed work
- Create a ticket for HelpDesk (this can be used to make it visible for other HelpDesk users, so they don't create duplicate tickets)
- Link to new or existing work orders
- Get a link to this work order to share with other participants
