Status

You can change the status from the work order window using the buttons in the top bar, which is the primary way to respond and complete work orders. You have three options for responding by changing the status, you can:

  • Reject, close if the work order should not be carried out
  • Report it as In progress to accept and start the work order
  • Complete, close the work order when the job is finished

When changing the status of a work order a note window will pop up, prompting you to type in a note for the status change. It could be a note on how the task was completed.

If choosing an internal note, only users with access to the instance will be able to see it. If choosing "All", suppliers will also be able to see it, and attachments can be added to it:
