This banner informs you about the name of the review package, time left until deadline, number of documents in the package, and a direct link to the files in this review package

Review package dashboard

Review packages are located under Box Review packages.

This lists the current active review packages that you are a member of, as well as archived review packages.

Click a review package name in the list view to open it and display the review package dashboard.

If a review package is overdue (past its deadline), it is still considered active, but is marked as expired.

In the side menu, you can access files and comments.

All Files: Click to see all file versions added to this review package. A file can never have two or more versions of the same file added to the same review package.

Review comments: All the comments made by users of the review package, regardless of who is responsible for them.

The review package dashboard consists of:

  1. Package: The name of the review package with a brief description.
  2. Overview
    • Status:
      • Active review packages allow you to create, reply to, and close comments.
      • Archived review packages allow you to reply to and close comments, but do not allow you to create new comments.
    • Deadline: Indicates the deadline. It is still possible to access and create/respond/close comments. The banner in Home is no longer active and the review package is marked as expired in the list view.
    • Comment type: Indicates the comment type used in the review package.
    • File area: This indicates where the file versions originate. Adding files from different file areas to the same review package is not possible.
    • Remaining time: This indicates how much time you have before the deadline.
  3. Inbox: A list of all the comments you are responsible for. Click 'View all' to navigate to all comments for this review package
  4. Files: A list of all file versions added to the review package. Click 'View all' to navigate to all file versions added to this review package. When a file has been added to a review package, it is always a specific version of that file, and this version is not automatically changed when you upload a new file to the original folder where it came from. File versions in a review package must be changed manually by the administrator.
  5. User groups: List all user groups that have access to this review package. All members of a user group can see and reply to all comments, not just those they are responsible for.

Create, respond, and close a comment
