Tasks
Tasks are returned to the original creator
When a task is returned, the original creator will be set as responsible, even if they are not the default responsible in the workflow role. This will make it easier to see the tasks you have created and are responsible for closing or assigning. This change does not impact any rights or permissions.

The most recent task correspondence is now displayed as a 'Message'
The original task description remains labeled as 'Description', but any further communication is now referred to as a 'Message', which clarifies that the correspondence pertains to the initial task description.
The latest message can also be shown in the list view.

New way to set responsible and admins in user groups
Easily change who is responsible and who is admin and get a better overview of the roles in user groups.

Checklists
Summation of number and decimal rows from checklists and hold points
When adding numbers or decimal data fields to checklists, you can toggle on or off summation. If a data field has summation toggled on, the sum will show at the bottom of the list view. This feature is not available for repetitions.

Checklist data moved to the checklist template window
The checklist data menu has been moved to the main checklist template window. You can download the template or upload data to the checklists from here rather than opening the individual templates first.

Export and import hold point checklist templates
We have added the ability to export templates through Excel, where you can make some editorial changes and then reimport it again.

Meetings
Export meetings
You can export one or more meeting minutes as individual PDFs with images and attachments. Meetings can also be exported to a spreadsheet.

Meetings now sorted by latest date
Meetings are organized by title and sorted by the most recent date. This arrangement ensures that the most recent meeting appears at the top of the list. The meeting that has most recently concluded will be labeled as Finished (latest).

Meetings header redesign
Meeting headings display the status and number of each meeting. Draft and pending meetings are shown in gray, ongoing meetings in orange, and finished meetings in green.

Test plan and inspection plans
Save filters when viewing a specific test plan or inspection plan
'All registrations' is no longer the only place from where you can save filters, as it is now also possible from the specific test plan or inspection plan views. The filters will be saved under Saved filters:

SiteWalk recording time extended
SiteWalk now allows recordings up to 4 minutes long.
Weather
Weather station data in the weather log
Weather station data can be seen as column in the weather log. This lets you see which specific weather station is being used. This column is hidden by default but can be added usingAdd column.

Apartments
Residents can now leave apartments
Residents can now leave Apartments. The 'Leave all apartments' button is found under 'My settings'.

InfraField
Measure elevation heights
The position marker can be changed to display X/Y/Z, X/Y or Z coordinates. You can toggle between the marker type by pressing P on your keyboard. This lets you measure the elevation of structures or terrain models.

Measurement snapping on map
In InfraField, measurements on the map automatically snap to data like GIS objects, alignments, drawings, and zones.

Create and edit properties for multiple zones
When creating and editing zones it will now be possible to select multiple areas and manage their properties, like it is with zones along the alignment:

Submittals
Box comments for submittals
If a submittal is rejected and returned for re-submission, the submitter can now easily see which files have open comments assigned to them. This makes it easier to focus on the files with open comments that might need to be revised before re-submitting.

Assign review comments to submitter
The approver can quickly assign review comments directly to the submitter. This automatically creates a new linked comment and sets the submitter as responsible. Comments can also be assigned manually if needed.

Send files to review from 'All files'
Files can be sent to review from All files. If you select multiple files, they can only be sent to review if they are located in the same Box folder.

Rename and edit pending submittals
You have more freedom to change a submittal while it is in the 'Pending' status:
- Rename the submittal (can also be done in Draft status)
- Edit submitter (only possible if no files have been uploaded)
- Placeholders can be activated and added to a pending submittal
- Attachments can be added or removed
- Information about the submittal can be changed (target folder can only be changed if no files have been uploaded)

Attachments and submitted files can be downloaded by opening them and clicking Download.

Versions history in submittals only tied to submitted files
Only the versions of submitted files that are associated with a specific submittal will be displayed in the version history.

Clearance checks
Use model validation to check for clearance. This tool allows you to check for tolerances and distances between elements in your BIM model to ensure that it complies with the requirements.

New UI for model validation clash view
Clashes have been collected in groups for each object to grant a better overview. These groups work as menus which can be opened to show all clashes for the object. Furthermore, the amount of clashes for the object is shown on the right of each group.

Locations
Measure to center
Many improvements have been made to measuring round objects. When using a point to point or 3-axis laser to measure round objects, the measurements will be taken from the center of the object.

Objects highlighted in 'View objects' color legend
When selecting an object the value in the color legend is highlighted. This makes it easier to locate the object in the legend when many objects are present.

Multiple choice option for asset properties
A multiple choice option is available when creating or editing asset properties and a default value can be selected for the properties. The values chosen for a multiple choice list will be displayed in the property's tooltip as a comma-separated list.

Edit project standards in full-screen
Project standards have been relocated to the Standardization side menu and can now be edited in full view, making it easier to edit project standards.

You can set user group permissions for Capture in project standards. This allows you to set 'View' or 'View and upload' access, making it easier to control permissions in your project standards.

Edit project access from the Projects menu
Manage access to particular projects directly from the Projects menu. Users will remain in the project but will no longer have the ability to log in to that specific project.

Tender
New overview for multiple tenders
Bidders can see of all their active tenders and switch between them from the tender overview. Once a tender has been open, you can switch between tenders in the drop-down menu, or return to the overview.

Microsoft Office for Web integration
When using the integrated Microsoft Office tools for the first time a window will pop-up where you must confirm that you have a Microsoft license before using the tools. Once accepted the pop-up will not appear again.
When the Microsoft office integration has been enabled by the project administrator in Box settings, the user can now toggle whether they have a valid Microsoft 365 license under 'My settings':
