See ticket history for rooms or assets
You can turn on history for tickets in your HelpDesk settings.
When you select a room or asset in HelpDesk, you can see the last 5 tickets created in that room/asset. This can be helpful if you are unsure if a ticket has already been created or if a ticket has not been completed properly.

Create HelpDesk topics that link to external pages
You can set up HelpDesk topics that link to external pages. This can help HelpDesk reporters, to quickly access relevant website, such as signup for events, company website or building intranet sites.
When reporting via the HelpDesk app a link icon is shown for links (), and the reporter will see a message that they are about the leave the app.

Set required checklists for topics
When setting up responsibles for topics, you can toggle whether or not a checklist is required when a ticket is converted to a work order. This is useful if you want to ensure a checklist is filled out before a work order can be completed.

Dalux now supports capturing 360 photos with the Insta360 X4 camera. You can read more about this camera here.
