The Revit plugin is a plugin developed by Dalux that integrates into Revit, supporting a variety of functions like uploading models and drawings, creating comments, and the Model validation feature.
This article will explain how to install and the general use of the plugin, including how to create comments from Revit and how to use it with Model validation. To learn how to go through the process of uploading a model or drawing using the plugin, you can read this article: Revit Plugin: Upload and update 3D models and drawings.
This plugin only works with full versions of Revit, make sure that your version of Revit supports the plugin version. When Revit is updated, it can cause issues due to a version mismatch with the plugin.

In this window you are also able to edit or reply to that comment, and even close it if the issue is solved and you have the necessary rights.
Model validation integration
The Revit plugin also integrates with the Model validation feature of Dalux. Using this integration, you can easily make changes to your Revit model based on clash checks or metadata checks from Dalux.
To do this, open Revit and open the Revit file that matches the model in your Dalux project. Then click ModelValidation, which opens a 'model validation-only' Dalux Desktop instance where you can do clash checks.
From here you can perform clash checks to see where issues arise, and then click Open in Revit in Dalux, under Model validation (Desktop only). This will open Revit and go directly to the location of the selected object in Revit:

With the object selected and the information from the clash check, you can correct the errors in the model/metadata.
