This article describes how to manage your work orders in the Dalux FM app and how to respond to them after they are completed.

Respond to work orders
You can tap on a work order from Work orders or
Locations to open them and get all the information directly on-site for you to complete the order. It tells you exactly where and what work should be done.

Respond to the work order by pressing . You can choose between 4 options:
- Start work order: Use this when you are starting a work order to inform your supervisor and colleagues.
- Complete, close: After completing the work order, inform your supervisor that you are finished. If set up, add the amount of time you spent on the task.
- Reject, close work order: Reject the work order and inform your supervisor about it.
- Add note: Add a note for your team or the facility manager without changing the order status.

When adding your time registration to the work order, a default time account, defined by the administrator, is selected for you. You are still able to change this, when necessary.
If you have the appropriate user rights, you can edit information in the work order you received with the button at the top. The original information will still be tracked in the history of the work order.
You also have the option to download the work order as a report if necessary by pressing on
'Download report'.
Work order inboxes
When logging into the Dalux FM app, you will automatically land on the work orders tab. Here, you can see all the work orders that are assigned to you and your team, as well as work orders that have already been completed.

Work orders

All team work orders: Here you can find all work orders that are and have been assigned to your team.

My inbox: This folder shows all work orders for which you are set as responsible.

Team inbox: This folder shows all work orders that are currently assigned to your team, whether you are set as the responsible or a teammate.

Overdue: Here, you can find all work orders that are available to you and for which the deadline has already passed.

External work orders: Here is an overview of work orders sent to external suppliers where you are involved.
Closed work orders
- Completed, closed: This folder shows all work orders that are available to you and that have been completed and accepted by all parties.
- Rejected, closed: All work orders that you have rejected are listed in this folder.
Find work orders
To find specific work orders, you can search, filter, and sort them either in your inboxes or in locations.

Click on a folder and type your search term into the Search field to find all work orders with your search term.

Right below, you can either quick-filter for one of the suggested attributes or tap on to choose from all available attributes for your filter settings.
Here, you can also change how the entries are sorted. As a standard, work orders are sorted by the closest deadline date, but you can change that to sort for distance from your GPS location or group by estates.
Find work orders in locations
You can also find work orders in the locations tab. In the Work orders menu, you can set filters to show them on the map or select a specific building. Go to 'SHOW BUILDING', then to
Work orders, to find all work orders in this building.

Respond to work orders offline
If there is no internet connection available on-site, it is recommended to prepare the Dalux app for offline use. You can download all work orders and room information by going to
More
'Fetch PM for offline use'/'Fetch rooms for offline use'
When responding to work orders now, it is saved in the app's outbox and will be synchronized automatically after having a stable internet connection again.
