This article will explain how to use the FM supplier portal on mobile. We will cover how to see work orders and how to respond to these.
In Dalux FM, the building owner creates a work order and orders it from a supplier. The supplier then has to approve or reject the order. When an order is approved, the supplier can complete it.

How to log in to the supplier portal
User rights
The owner of the Dalux FM instance will email you an invitation to access the supplier portal.
Click the 'Activate' button in the email and create your account.

To get started with Dalux FM on mobile, first download the app. Make sure you download the Dalux FM app. You can find the download pages for the app by clicking on either of the links below:
With the app downloaded and opened, type in your email address and password to log in. Then, select the FM instance from the list to access the supplier portal.

Navigating the mobile app
You will see the work order tab when you log in to the supplier portal using the Dalux FM app.
This tab contains different inboxes depending on the status of work orders. The number next to the inbox name shows the number of work orders in each inbox.

You can quickly find relevant work orders by pressing on the different inboxes and using the filter options. When you have found a work order, press on it to open it.

You can access contact information and check in with QR codes.
The work order will contain descriptions, placement information, deadline, and the complete change history for the work order.
You can message the customer, complete the work order, or return it to the dispatcher.

Contact information and check-in
This is what a work order will look like in the Dalux FM app:

At the top of the work order, you can press the -icon to see contact information for the work order. You can call, email, or text the people set as the contact person.
By clicking the -icon, you will see three options:
- Assign to employee - Assign the work order to another employee in your company
- Check-in - Check-in using QR codes. This opens a QR code scanner. When a code is scanned the time registration starts.
- Download report - Generate and download a PDF version of the work order
QR code check-in
You may be asked to check in and out using QR codes in the building. When you check in, the work order displays a red banner with the current time registration and a button to check out with a QR code.
You can start and stop the clock as many times as you want, and the total time will be calculated at the end.
Work order content
At the top of the work order content is the work order's name, status, and description.
Placement data
You can see the work order's location in the building or lot and the building name and address. If you press on a building, the map view will open and jump to that building.
If a work order has been reported in a room, you can press on the room to open the floor plan.
Responsible and deadline
Further down, you can see the people responsible for the work order. Clicking on the names will allow you to contact them.
You will also see who the responsible employee in your company is.
In the deadline area, you can see which deadline the customer has set, including when the work order started.
Miscellaneous and properties
If the customer has entered information about priority, work type, or any custom property, they will be shown here.
History
The work order's history is logged at the bottom. Here, you can see the complete history of the work order, including what was changed and by whom.
Responding to a work order
You have multiple options for responding to a work order. Press the -icon to see them.

If you need more information from the customer, use' Send message to customer. You can add images to the message, which will be logged in the history.
Use Complete, send when the work has been completed. When you complete the work order, you can add a note, time registration, and images.
Use Send to dispatcher to return the work order to your company dispatcher. This can be used to inform the dispatcher that the work is completed in case they need to approve it or assign it to someone else.
The work order will leave your inbox once you complete it or send it to the dispatcher.
