This article covers the Tekla plugin for Dalux.

Download the plugin
First, download and install the Tekla plugin. You can find it in the upper right corner, by clicking on your name:

Import from Tekla
With the plugin installed, we are now ready to transfer our Tekla project into Dalux.
You will see a new header called 'DALUX' in Tekla. Click it and then Upload to start the process.

First, you will need to define what project this model should be uploaded to as well as what building or the area this file should be placed at - this can be set in the setup in Dalux, where you also can create a new building in the project that you are uploading to.

In the next step, we have to decide if drawings should be uploaded and if we should include our project base model.

In the next step, we can decide what exactly we want to upload. We can decide to upload all objects, or we can upload selected objects.
If we decide to upload 'Selected objects' we then have to select the objects in Tekla - see the next step for more information.

We can select objects to upload by marking them - when marked the dialog box will return and we can then continue to the next step.

In this step we have to specify what drawings should be uploaded as well as the location folder in Dalux.
